Technical Specifications of Solar Water Heater Tank (Boiler):

• External coating made of stainless steel for unlimited durability in harsh weather conditions.
• Strong insulation made of Polyurethane (eco-friendly) up to 60mm thick and 40.5kgr/m3 density for complete thermal insulation.
• Water tank (boiler) made of special steel 1204 V.E. 3mm thick, suitable for enameling.
• Leakage test pressure up to 15 ATM.
• The boiler is internally protected by double successive layers of hard glass (DURO-GLASS) from Bayer Germany & Ferro Netherlands according to DIN 4753/3-5-8 baked at 830 oC.
• Horizontal welding of the tank internally and externally.
• Electric resistance 4,000 Watt, safety thermostat, and anode for complete protection.
• Peripheral closed-circuit heat exchanger covering up to 80% of the water tank length for very fast heat transfer.
• Consumption and ventilation outlets are made of heavy-duty brass extensions.
• Closed-circuit fluid inlet – outlet with threaded galvanized and nickel-plated brass fittings.
• The gaskets used for sealing the tank are made of special rubber resistant to all weather conditions.
• Packaging is done with durable polystyrene for complete stabilization and ease of storage.
