Although the instructions say to take it afterwards, I take it 1.5 hours before training to avoid muscle fiber breakdown during the workout. I noticed the difference in my body happening much faster. Of course, you need to train almost daily, otherwise there's no point in taking it. The idea is to prevent significant muscle damage during training, so that recovery time is minimized and you are able to train again sooner
