      18000btu It is very powerful in heating and I say only in heating because I bought it in December 2025 and I have not used it for cooling.. I do not recommend it at all because the outdoor unit is extremely noisy, even my neighbor complained that she cannot sleep at night. I made a request to Inventor, they were very willing and immediately sent a technician to check it, they replaced it for me but unfortunately nothing changed. I bought it from a well-known chain and the staff there were also very helpful regarding my problem but that alone is not enough. Stay away from this product…

The only (minor) drawback is that if you have a wifi app for its control, Inventor instead of one, has 2 apps, one for old devices (Invmate II), and one for the new ones (inventor control), so you are forced for devices even 4 years old (which are not considered old), to have the old app, and for the very new ones, the new app. I also spoke with them, they confirmed that one app cannot operate both the old and the new devices, very silly...
