Description

The DM3 series allows engineers to capture on-stage sound with precision, without coloration, and then add their creative touch as needed. It exemplifies the "less is more" design philosophy, using a 9-inch touchscreen and a single Touch & Turn knob to manage most console functions.

Features:

  • 8 + 1 fader configuration
  • 9-inch multi-touch screen
  • Input mixing channels: 16 mono + 1 stereo + 2 FX returns
  • Bus: 1 Stereo, 6 Mix, 2 FX, 2 Matrix (Supports input to Matrix)

  • Dante: 16 inputs and 16 outputs
  • USB: 18 inputs and 18 outputs
  • 18 Effects and GEQ on Mix 1-6 and Stereo channels
  • Sampling rate: 48kHz/96kHz
  • Dimensions (W x H x D): 320 mm x 140 mm x 455 mm
  • Net weight: 6.5 kg

Special features:

  • Input Mix: 16 Mono + 1 ST + 2FX

  • 8 FX & GEQ ON Mix/Stereo BUS
  • 16 IN/16 Out Dante Interface (only for DM3)
  • DAW Remote (HUI)
  • Cubase AI & VST Rack Element

The DAW Remote simplifies music production. DM3 consoles work well with a digital audio workstation. DAW functions, such as adjusting volume, play, and stop, can be performed using the console's faders and buttons as physical controllers for smooth operation during arrangement.

The DM3 series consoles allow monitor level control with Fader. Access is simple and easy, for smoother and more precise control of mix balances. Use the fader function to assign the monitor level for smoother, more accurate mixes, or use the user-defined keys to adjust the volume separately by changing the source.

The most compact Dante-compatible mixer from Yamaha, the DM3 offers high-quality 96 kHz sound using 16 analog inputs and eight outputs with low latency.

Both DM3 models support multi-track recording via USB to Host, while simple 2-track recording is possible using a USB memory stick and the USB port on the front of both consoles.
