With the temperature preservation function, the kettle keeps the water at a stable temperature for a certain period of time, so you don't have to boil it again.

Temperature Selection

It gives you the ability to choose the boiling temperature yourself, so you can boil the water at the desired temperature depending on how you want to use it. For example, water used for preparing baby food should be at a temperature of 40°C, while water for coffee should be 80-100°C. Once the water reaches the temperature you have set, the kettle automatically stops the boiling process.
