Very poor quality machine. With minimal use, within a year it started to not cut well (as if its rotations decreased). Its spare parts are of cheap quality and the teeth break very easily. If you go to ask for a replacement part, it will cost you at least 14€ each, almost 1/3 of the machine! It was the first time I bought Braun and definitely the last. Now I have a Philips and I am completely satisfied.

I also bought it on sale from a reputable store in 2013.
Along the way, it showed exactly what PAOK04 wrote.
But recently, when it fell down, one of the two plastic attachments' keys broke. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVERY TIME I REMOVE THE PLASTIC ATTACHMENT USING THE EDGE OF A TOOTHPASTE. :-)

I have had it for three years. In the first year, the battery broke with once a week use. Then, the teeth of the component that adjusts the cutting height started to break. I'm tired of buying this component that is only sold by the dealership for around €14. After 1.5 years, it started to not cut as well. I do not recommend it because it does not have a quality component with the purpose of buying the component at this price. Choose another brand

I bought it 5-6 years ago on sale for 20 or 30 euros completely randomly while I was doing other shopping. Good construction, it still does its job until today. The battery runs out a little faster, but it's logical after so many years. I use it for simple shaving and that's it. Today, the plastic in the front that adjusts the scale broke because I hadn't put it properly during the move, so I went to search and see if I should order a new one or get another one, and that's why I decided to leave my opinion here. I would give it 5 stars, but I'm giving it 4 because I use it for simple shaving and others who use it for more professional use may not be satisfied

In the beginning, it worked well, but after some time, the performance of the trimming started to decline. It also gets easily clogged, and the battery gave me trouble as it doesn't work unless it is plugged in. I am disappointed with Braun and I am looking for a Phillips

After almost two years of use, it has started to not cut properly. You pass it 4-5 times over the beard, and after struggling until you get tired or the battery runs out, you have to recharge or change the battery in order to trim it again, as it leaves half of the beard. I used oil on it every 2 months. Overall, stay away, I had a cheaper one that trimmed better.

Amazing, good battery, quality construction, does a very good job... It surpasses Philips, which I had before, in terms of construction and battery.
