Just fine, no damage. The only negative is that the battery had 83% health and maybe in the future it will need replacement. It discharges faster than the Xiaomi I had, but it charges much faster, in less than an hour it is fully charged with a 20w charger. As for photos, there is no comparison, the quality is incomparably better. It's worth getting it refurbished, especially if Skroutz gives a two-year warranty (I hope I won't need it).

It didn't have the slightest scratch, since March the battery health is at 100%. It doesn't lag, it's like new. The battery is 2815 mAh and lasts almost as long as a TCL with 5010mAh with normal use. A review for those who
1. Want a phone to get your tasks done without lagging but don’t want to give a kidney to go for the Samsung S series.
2. Are thinking of switching from Android to iOS, again without wanting to give a kidney for a new phone.
*Although I’ve had the phone for a very short time (2 weeks) I’ll share my experience and will update after about a year to refresh it* (I’ve also added the 1.5-year update below.)
I never had an iPhone and considered buying a new one pointless, so I was looking to get a used or refurbished one, which made me hesitant every time I saw a good deal as I was worried it might be a scam or the phone I’d get would be in worse condition than described.
The phone (iPhone 12 128GB, Grade A) arrived in excellent condition (no scratches, no marks, no dents), with 100% battery health and its classic charging cable (USB-C to Lightning). Since it’s a refurbished phone, I think it’s useful to mention the store I got it from, but skroutz’s policy doesn’t agree with me.
So far I am quite satisfied with the phone’s performance, it doesn’t lag at all, messages are sent and received normally, clear sound on calls and its speaker is just fine. The best feature of the phone (in my opinion) is its screen.
As for its battery (because we all have a friend with an iPhone whom we tease for always carrying a charger and power-bank), it’s nothing remarkable, but it’s definitely better than I expected. Although the iPhone 12 has a relatively small battery (2815 mAh), it lasts me quite comfortably (with almost constant use) about 30 hours.
**UPDATE: 1 year and 4 months**
A small side note, 1 month after buying the phone I contacted the store because within the first month I saw a sudden drop in battery health from 100% to 93%. They explained that the initial 100% was artificial and was due to the long period the phone had been off before I turned it on, and that the real battery health would show after a while once the number stabilized. Which is what happened, and it eventually stabilized at 90% or 89% if I’m not mistaken.
Battery: The current battery health is 84%. Since I use it continuously with 5G, Bluetooth, and Airdrop always on, the reduced battery performance is noticeable. However, this is mainly due to the battery’s own characteristics and my usage rather than the decrease in battery health itself. Usually, it lasts me a whole day without intermediate charging, but there have been times when, due to usage, I’ve charged it once during the day.
Performance: Absolutely no problem, I’d say it works almost as well as the day I got it. The only "vulnerable" spot I found regarding its performance is when it overheats (mainly due to ambient temperature), then yes, it lags, to the point where you can’t use it comfortably. However, this is something that happens with many phones.
Software: It’s a 2020 phone. It gets software updates normally and has no issue running them.

2. Σκέφτεστε να κάνετε την αλλαγή από Android σε iOS, χωρίς πάλι να θέλετε να δώσετε ένα νεφρό για καινούριο κινητό.
*Αν και έχω το κινητό πολύ λίγο καιρό (2 εβδομάδες) θα σας μεταφέρω την εμπειρία μου και θα επανέλθω μετά από κανά χρόνο για να την ανανεώσω*(Έχω προσθέσει και το update 1,5 χρόνου πιο κάτω.)
Δεν είχα ποτέ iPhone και το να αγοράσω καινούριο το θεωρούσα ανούσιο, οπότε έψαχνα να πάρω κάποιο μεταχειρισμένο ή refurbished, πράγμα που με έβαζε σε σκέψεις κάθε φορά που έβλεπα κάποια καλή προσφορά καθώς ανησυχούσα πως μπορεί να πρόκειται για απάτη ή ότι το κινητό που θα μου 'ρθει να είναι σε χειρότερη κατάσταση από αυτή που περιγραφόταν.
Το κινητό (iPhone 12 128GB, Grade A) το παρέλαβα σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση (καμία γρατζουνία, κανένα σημάδι, κανένα χτύπημα), με υγεία μπαταρίας 100% και με το κλασικό καλώδιο φόρτισής του (USB-C σε Lightning). Καθώς πρόκειται για refurbished κινητό θεωρώ πως είναι χρήσιμο να αναφέρω και το κατάστημα από το οποίο το πήρα, αλλά η πολιτική του skroutz δεν συμφωνεί μαζί μου.
Μέχρι στιγμής είμαι αρκετά ικανοποιημένος από την αποδοτικότητα του κινητού, δεν κολλάει καθόλου, τα μηνύματα έρχονται και στέλνονται κανονικά, καθαρός ηχος στις κλήσεις και το ηχείο του είναι μια χαρά. Το καλύτερο χαρακτηριστικό του κινητού (κατά τη γνώμη μου) είναι η οθόνη του.
Σε ό,τι αφορά την μπαταρία του (επειδή όλοι έχουμε κάποιον φίλο με iPhone που τον κοροϊοδεύουμε που κουβαλάει παντού φορτιστή και power-bank) δεν είναι κάτι το αξιοσημείωτο, αλλά σίγουρα είναι καλύτερη απ' ότι περίμενα. Παρ' ότι το iPhone 12 έχει σχετικά μικρή μπατάρια (2815 mAh), μου βγάζει σχετικά άνετα (με σχεδόν συνεχή χρήση) γύρω στις 30 ώρες.
**UPDATE: 1 χρόνος και 4 μήνες**
Μικρό side-info, 1 μήνα μετά την αγορά του κινητού είχα επικοινωνήσει με το κατάστημα γιατί μέσα στον 1ο μήνα είδα μια απότομη πτώση στην υγεία της μπαταρίας από το 100% στο 93%. Μου εξήγησαν πως το 100% που φαινόταν αρχικά ήταν πλασματικό και πως οφειλόταν στο μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα που είχε μείνει κλειστό το κινητό πριν το ανοίξω και πως η πραγματική υγεία μπαταρίας του θα φαινόταν μετά από λίγο καιρό που θα σταθεροποιούταν το νούμερο. Που έτσι και έγινε, και τελικά σταθεροποιήθηκε στο 90% ή το 89% αν δεν κάνω λάθος.
Μπαταρία: Η τωρινή υγεία της μπαταρίας είναι 84%. Επειδή κάνω συνεχή χρήση με μονίμως ενεργοποιημένο το 5G, το Bluetooth και το Airdrop η μειωμένη αποδοτικότητα της μπαταρίας είναι αισθητή. Ωστόσο αυτό οφείλεται κατά βάση στα ίδια τα χαρακτηριστικά της μπαταρίας και στην χρήση που του κάνω παρά στην μείωση της υγείας της μπαταρίας καθαυτής. Συνήθως μου βγάζει ολόκληρη ημέρα χωρίς ενδιάμεση φόρτιση, αλλά έχουν υπάρξει και φορές που λόγο της χρήσης το έχω φορτίσει και 1 φορά στο ενδιάμεσο της ημέρας.
Απόδοση: Κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα, οριακά θα έλεγα ότι λειτουργεί το ίδιο καλά με την ημέρα που το πήρα. Το μόνο "τρωτό" σημείου που βρήκα αναφορικά με την απόδοσή του είναι όταν υπερθερμανθεί (κυρίως λόγω της θερμοκρασίας του περιβάλλοντος) που τότε ναι, κολλάει, και μάλιστα σε βαθμό που δεν μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιήσεις άνετα. Ωστόσο αυτό είναι κάτι που συμβαίνει σε πολλά κινητά.
Λογισμικό: Είναι κινητό του 2020. Τις αναβαθμίσεις του λογισμικού τις κάνει κανονικά και δεν έχει κανένα θέμα με το να τις τρέξει.

Θα επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα, να δω τι μπορεί να γίνει, θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ βασική λεπτομέρεια που έπρεπε να αναφερόταν.
Well, I haven't had the phone for long, 2 months and something, but I consider it to be the best value for money for an iPhone. My only complaint is that the first device had a faulty microphone and luckily the store was close to me and I proceeded with a replacement the next day. Πολύ ανταγωνιστικό με νέα μοντέλα android ίδιας τιμής. Η μπαταρία σε μένα ως μαθητής και χρήστης κυρίως για μουσική στο λεωφορείο και στο σπίτι συνολικά 3-4 ώρες και 1-2 ώρες social media κάθε βράδυ το φορτίζω, σε αυτήν την τιμή δεν είχα παραπάνω απαιτήσεις όμως, για apple μιλάμε, θεωρώ vfm για ξεκίνημα στο ecosystem!

The unit I received had some small marks on the frame, but I immediately put on a case and screen protector, so they disappeared right away. It came with 88% battery health, but for the price of €375 that I paid, I can't ask for much more. I specifically wanted an iPhone for certain professional reasons, and it fully met my needs. Ήθελα στοχευμένα iPhone για συγκεκριμένους επαγγελματικούς λόγους και με κάλυψε στο φουλ. Μου ήρθε και με έναν τυπικό απλό φορτιστή και καλώδιο.
The device I received had a faulty earpiece, which is downright unacceptable for a device that is supposed to be Grade A refurbished. Calls sound terrible and videos at full volume sound even worse. There are also visible scratches in three places on the screen. None of this indicates that these devices received the necessary care and repair.
Update 12/12/2023: The phone was supposed to be picked up by an ACS courier yesterday, Monday, for return. Today I had to go myself to send it and I found out that ACS had not even received a notification for pick up. I had to drive myself and on the way I had an ACCIDENT! Fortunately, we are all involved safe and unharmed, but I can't say the same for my car.

Update 12/12/2023: Το τηλεφωνο ηταν να ερθει κουριερ της ACS και να το παραλαβει χθες τη Δευτερα για επιστροφη προιοντος. Σημερα αναγκαστηκα να παω εγω ο ιδιος να το στειλω και διαπιστωσα οτι η ACS δεν ειχε λαβει καν ειδοποιηση για παραλαβη. Αναγκαστηκα να οδηγησω εγω ο ιδιος και πανω στο δρομο επαθα και ΑΤΥΧΗΜΑ! Ευτυχως οι εμπλεκομενοι ειμαστε ολοι σωοι και αβλαβεις δεν μπορω ομως να πω το ιδιο και για το δικο μου αυτοκινητο.

1. Want a phone to get your tasks done without lagging but don’t want to give a kidney to go for the Samsung S series.
2. Are thinking of switching from Android to iOS, again without wanting to give a kidney for a new phone.
*Although I’ve had the phone for a very short time (2 weeks) I’ll share my experience and will update after about a year to refresh it* (I’ve also added the 1.5-year update below.)
I never had an iPhone and considered buying a new one pointless, so I was looking to get a used or refurbished one, which made me hesitant every time I saw a good deal as I was worried it might be a scam or the phone I’d get would be in worse condition than described.
The phone (iPhone 12 128GB, Grade A) arrived in excellent condition (no scratches, no marks, no dents), with 100% battery health and its classic charging cable (USB-C to Lightning). Since it’s a refurbished phone, I think it’s useful to mention the store I got it from, but skroutz’s policy doesn’t agree with me.
So far I am quite satisfied with the phone’s performance, it doesn’t lag at all, messages are sent and received normally, clear sound on calls and its speaker is just fine. The best feature of the phone (in my opinion) is its screen.
As for its battery (because we all have a friend with an iPhone whom we tease for always carrying a charger and power-bank), it’s nothing remarkable, but it’s definitely better than I expected. Although the iPhone 12 has a relatively small battery (2815 mAh), it lasts me quite comfortably (with almost constant use) about 30 hours.
**UPDATE: 1 year and 4 months**
A small side note, 1 month after buying the phone I contacted the store because within the first month I saw a sudden drop in battery health from 100% to 93%. They explained that the initial 100% was artificial and was due to the long period the phone had been off before I turned it on, and that the real battery health would show after a while once the number stabilized. Which is what happened, and it eventually stabilized at 90% or 89% if I’m not mistaken.
Battery: The current battery health is 84%. Since I use it continuously with 5G, Bluetooth, and Airdrop always on, the reduced battery performance is noticeable. However, this is mainly due to the battery’s own characteristics and my usage rather than the decrease in battery health itself. Usually, it lasts me a whole day without intermediate charging, but there have been times when, due to usage, I’ve charged it once during the day.
Performance: Absolutely no problem, I’d say it works almost as well as the day I got it. The only "vulnerable" spot I found regarding its performance is when it overheats (mainly due to ambient temperature), then yes, it lags, to the point where you can’t use it comfortably. However, this is something that happens with many phones.
Software: It’s a 2020 phone. It gets software updates normally and has no issue running them.

1. Θέλετε ένα κινητό για να κάνετε τις δουλειές σας και να μην κολλάει αλλά δεν θέλετε να δώσετε ένα νεφρό για να πάτε σε σειρά S της Samsung.
2. Σκέφτεστε να κάνετε την αλλαγή από Android σε iOS, χωρίς πάλι να θέλετε να δώσετε ένα νεφρό για καινούριο κινητό.
*Αν και έχω το κινητό πολύ λίγο καιρό (2 εβδομάδες) θα σας μεταφέρω την εμπειρία μου και θα επανέλθω μετά από κανά χρόνο για να την ανανεώσω*(Έχω προσθέσει και το update 1,5 χρόνου πιο κάτω.)
Δεν είχα ποτέ iPhone και το να αγοράσω καινούριο το θεωρούσα ανούσιο, οπότε έψαχνα να πάρω κάποιο μεταχειρισμένο ή refurbished, πράγμα που με έβαζε σε σκέψεις κάθε φορά που έβλεπα κάποια καλή προσφορά καθώς ανησυχούσα πως μπορεί να πρόκειται για απάτη ή ότι το κινητό που θα μου 'ρθει να είναι σε χειρότερη κατάσταση από αυτή που περιγραφόταν.
Το κινητό (iPhone 12 128GB, Grade A) το παρέλαβα σε εξαιρετική κατάσταση (καμία γρατζουνία, κανένα σημάδι, κανένα χτύπημα), με υγεία μπαταρίας 100% και με το κλασικό καλώδιο φόρτισής του (USB-C σε Lightning). Καθώς πρόκειται για refurbished κινητό θεωρώ πως είναι χρήσιμο να αναφέρω και το κατάστημα από το οποίο το πήρα, αλλά η πολιτική του skroutz δεν συμφωνεί μαζί μου.
Μέχρι στιγμής είμαι αρκετά ικανοποιημένος από την αποδοτικότητα του κινητού, δεν κολλάει καθόλου, τα μηνύματα έρχονται και στέλνονται κανονικά, καθαρός ηχος στις κλήσεις και το ηχείο του είναι μια χαρά. Το καλύτερο χαρακτηριστικό του κινητού (κατά τη γνώμη μου) είναι η οθόνη του.
Σε ό,τι αφορά την μπαταρία του (επειδή όλοι έχουμε κάποιον φίλο με iPhone που τον κοροϊοδεύουμε που κουβαλάει παντού φορτιστή και power-bank) δεν είναι κάτι το αξιοσημείωτο, αλλά σίγουρα είναι καλύτερη απ' ότι περίμενα. Παρ' ότι το iPhone 12 έχει σχετικά μικρή μπατάρια (2815 mAh), μου βγάζει σχετικά άνετα (με σχεδόν συνεχή χρήση) γύρω στις 30 ώρες.
**UPDATE: 1 χρόνος και 4 μήνες**
Μικρό side-info, 1 μήνα μετά την αγορά του κινητού είχα επικοινωνήσει με το κατάστημα γιατί μέσα στον 1ο μήνα είδα μια απότομη πτώση στην υγεία της μπαταρίας από το 100% στο 93%. Μου εξήγησαν πως το 100% που φαινόταν αρχικά ήταν πλασματικό και πως οφειλόταν στο μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα που είχε μείνει κλειστό το κινητό πριν το ανοίξω και πως η πραγματική υγεία μπαταρίας του θα φαινόταν μετά από λίγο καιρό που θα σταθεροποιούταν το νούμερο. Που έτσι και έγινε, και τελικά σταθεροποιήθηκε στο 90% ή το 89% αν δεν κάνω λάθος.
Μπαταρία: Η τωρινή υγεία της μπαταρίας είναι 84%. Επειδή κάνω συνεχή χρήση με μονίμως ενεργοποιημένο το 5G, το Bluetooth και το Airdrop η μειωμένη αποδοτικότητα της μπαταρίας είναι αισθητή. Ωστόσο αυτό οφείλεται κατά βάση στα ίδια τα χαρακτηριστικά της μπαταρίας και στην χρήση που του κάνω παρά στην μείωση της υγείας της μπαταρίας καθαυτής. Συνήθως μου βγάζει ολόκληρη ημέρα χωρίς ενδιάμεση φόρτιση, αλλά έχουν υπάρξει και φορές που λόγο της χρήσης το έχω φορτίσει και 1 φορά στο ενδιάμεσο της ημέρας.
Απόδοση: Κανένα απολύτως πρόβλημα, οριακά θα έλεγα ότι λειτουργεί το ίδιο καλά με την ημέρα που το πήρα. Το μόνο "τρωτό" σημείου που βρήκα αναφορικά με την απόδοσή του είναι όταν υπερθερμανθεί (κυρίως λόγω της θερμοκρασίας του περιβάλλοντος) που τότε ναι, κολλάει, και μάλιστα σε βαθμό που δεν μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιήσεις άνετα. Ωστόσο αυτό είναι κάτι που συμβαίνει σε πολλά κινητά.
Λογισμικό: Είναι κινητό του 2020. Τις αναβαθμίσεις του λογισμικού τις κάνει κανονικά και δεν έχει κανένα θέμα με το να τις τρέξει.
I am giving 3 stars temporarily, as I have not used it yet, so I will come back for details. However, since many are asking, let me say the basics:
The 3 issues I looked at immediately are:
1. Received in very careful packaging
2. Practically no scratches - marks (Grade A)
3. Battery 98%

I leave the 3* as I found out that it does not support eSIM, as it is made for the Chinese market.
You can of course put 2 nano sims, but it does not solve the problem for my trips.
I will contact the store to see what can be done, I think it is a very basic detail that should have been mentioned.

Αφήνω τα 3* καθώς διαπίστωσα ότι δεν υποστηρίζει eSIM, διότι είναι κατασκευασμένο για την κινεζική αγορά.
Μπορείς βέβαια να βάλεις 2 nano sim, αλλά δεν μου λύνει το πρόβλημα για τα ταξίδια μου.
Θα επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα, να δω τι μπορεί να γίνει, θεωρώ ότι είναι πολύ βασική λεπτομέρεια που έπρεπε να αναφερόταν.
Well, I haven't had the phone for long, 2 months and something, but I consider it to be the best value for money for an iPhone. My only complaint is that the first device had a faulty microphone and luckily the store was close to me and I proceeded with a replacement the next day. Very competitive with new android models at the same price. The battery for me as a student and user mainly for music on the bus and at home for a total of 3-4 hours and 1-2 hours of social media every night, I charge it, at this price I didn't have higher expectations though, for apple we are talking about, I consider it value for money for a start in the ecosystem!

Πολύ ανταγωνιστικό με νέα μοντέλα android ίδιας τιμής. Η μπαταρία σε μένα ως μαθητής και χρήστης κυρίως για μουσική στο λεωφορείο και στο σπίτι συνολικά 3-4 ώρες και 1-2 ώρες social media κάθε βράδυ το φορτίζω, σε αυτήν την τιμή δεν είχα παραπάνω απαιτήσεις όμως, για apple μιλάμε, θεωρώ vfm για ξεκίνημα στο ecosystem!

The unit I received had some small marks on the frame, but I immediately put on a case and screen protector, so they disappeared right away. It came with 88% battery health, but for the price of €375 that I paid, I can't ask for much more. I specifically wanted an iPhone for certain professional reasons, and it fully met my needs. It also came with a standard charger and cable.

Ήθελα στοχευμένα iPhone για συγκεκριμένους επαγγελματικούς λόγους και με κάλυψε στο φουλ. Μου ήρθε και με έναν τυπικό απλό φορτιστή και καλώδιο.
The device I received had a faulty earpiece, which is downright unacceptable for a device that is supposed to be Grade A refurbished. Calls sound terrible and videos at full volume sound even worse. There are also visible scratches in three places on the screen. None of this indicates that these devices received the necessary care and repair.
Update 12/12/2023: The phone was supposed to be picked up by an ACS courier yesterday, Monday, for return. Today I had to go myself to send it and I found out that ACS had not even received a notification for pick up. I had to drive myself and on the way I had an ACCIDENT! Fortunately, we are all involved safe and unharmed, but I can't say the same for my car.
Η συσκευή που πήρα εγώ είχε χαλασμένο ηχείο αυτιού, πράγμα το οποίο είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτο για συσκευή η οποία υποτίθεται ότι είναι Grade A refurbished. Οι κλήσεις ακούγονται χάλια και τα βίντεο σε full volume ακόμα χειρότερα. Επίσης υπάρχουν εμφανείς γρατζουνιές σε τρία σημεία πάνω στην οθόνη. Τίποτα από όλα αυτά δεν δείχνει ότι οι συσκευές αυτές δέχτηκαν την απαραίτητη φροντίδα και επισκευή.
Update 12/12/2023: Το τηλεφωνο ηταν να ερθει κουριερ της ACS και να το παραλαβει χθες τη Δευτερα για επιστροφη προιοντος. Σημερα αναγκαστηκα να παω εγω ο ιδιος να το στειλω και διαπιστωσα οτι η ACS δεν ειχε λαβει καν ειδοποιηση για παραλαβη. Αναγκαστηκα να οδηγησω εγω ο ιδιος και πανω στο δρομο επαθα και ΑΤΥΧΗΜΑ! Ευτυχως οι εμπλεκομενοι ειμαστε ολοι σωοι και αβλαβεις δεν μπορω ομως να πω το ιδιο και για το δικο μου αυτοκινητο.

Just fine, no damage. The only negative is that the battery had 83% health and maybe in the future it will need replacement. It discharges faster than the Xiaomi I had, but it charges much faster, in less than an hour it is fully charged with a 20w charger. As for photos, there is no comparison, the quality is incomparably better. It's worth getting it refurbished, especially if Skroutz gives a two-year warranty (I hope I won't need it).

It didn't have the slightest scratch, since March the battery health is at 100%. It doesn't lag, it's like new. The battery is 2815 mAh and lasts almost as long as a TCL with 5010mAh with normal use. I always charge with an original charger and cable, and within a month it dropped to 97%.
