it is a leaf in the wind in terms of construction and definitely needs to be tied to the floor so the wind doesn't take it away. the instructions said 2 people with 1 to 2 hours of effort and it took us, not a little or a lot, over 2 days to finish it (yes, we have a lot of experience in assemblies but as the English say...this takes the biscuit). Time will tell how much it will withstand the weather conditions and especially the winds which are very strong on the island... the worst part was the plastic coating on the surfaces which comes off with enormous patience and takes hours. What is the reason for having this quality that comes off so hard? Incredible waste of time...
