The worst purchase I could have made! First of all, the color catchers easily escape from the drum. As a result, they clog the washing machine's filter and its drain. So the washing machine can't drain. This means the cycle doesn't finish, it gives an error, and I have to run it again or use the drain/spin cycle, or the cycle finishes but it won't let me open the door because there's still water in the drum. Sometimes, even if I run the cycle again, it doesn't solve the problem, so I have to open the filter and all the water pours out onto the bathroom floor, flooding the bathroom. And according to the company, this is normal and can be fixed if you put the color catcher in a net bag. No, it's not normal, it's a design flaw! I cleaned the filter, it had 4 color catchers inside. But it kept happening about 1 in 5 times. A technician from them comes, charges 20 euros, and tells me the problem was that the drain was too deep behind the wall. Okay, fine, let's see now. But it happens again. I keep bothering the company, they say another technician will come at their expense. He comes and tells me sometimes it's the weight distribution. If you have only a few clothes inside, it can't weigh them, so it doesn't drain the water. Today I put in a full load, again it didn't drain the water, and even though the cycle finished, it wouldn't let me open the door. So they're lying and making excuses, and because of them, I use more electricity, waste my time, and the job doesn't get done. So stay away from this company. They don't even admit their poorly designed washing machine and think all this is normal. So if I want to wash, say, a few clothes, maybe it won't drain sometimes. In the end, a Skroutz technician came, saw it, and told me everything the company said was nonsense and it's going to be replaced. And in general, he advised me not to get Robin, it doesn't have a good reputation, uses Turkish parts, and has zero after-sales service. Imagine, I was sending emails through their site to explain the situation and in the end, they didn't reply because it doesn't work, and they gave me a personal email. And you rarely get them on the phone, and when they answer, they don't know what's going on or say they'll call you back and never do.
