The camera stopped working after 5 uses. Anyone ran into this issue? It still connects and all of the lights work. Just no visual

Is it a black screen ? If yes there could be an issue with the camera, like a malfunction or something covering it. If a black screen is not the issue, it could be that you did not go to the right page where the camera is shown ?
