The Winery was founded in early 1958 by the Santero brothers, Leopoldo, Renzo, Aldo, and Adelio. It is located in the heart of a wine-growing area, in a corner of Piemonte between Langhe and Monferrato. A history that spans half a century, characterized by a passion for the vineyard, specialized winemaking management, and a love for wine and sparkling wine.

The Winery not only processes grapes grown on the 5 Santero farms but also grapes from over three hundred local winegrowers. A Winery that places particular emphasis on "marrying" innovation and technology with tradition and craftsmanship.

The Extra Dry Satin Cuvée of the Santero 958 series is the result of many years of experimentation in order to develop a unique style that would satisfy even the most demanding palates.
