The TM14-P3 heat pump from Torrent has a power of 14 kW and can meet the needs of a residence up to 140 m². It extracts existing energy from an outdoor space and transfers it indoors, providing heating and cooling. For heating, it draws heat from the environment and channels it indoors. For cooling, it extracts heat from indoors and expels it to the environment.

It requires a connection to a three-phase supply and consumes a small percentage of electrical energy, drawing the rest from the environment. The energy ratio for the pump's operation is approximately ¾ from the environment and ¼ from electricity. For every 3 kWh drawn from the environment, it requires 1 kWh of electrical energy, thus ensuring 4 kWh of useful thermal energy.

The technology it uses is air-to-water, using air as a heat source. The system is monoblock, offering ease of installation and connection to the water system. It is considered medium temperature, as it can reach up to 65 degrees Celsius and is compatible with underfloor heating and fan coils.
