Mandarin Essential Oil

The Mandarin essential oil is derived from the cold pressing of the fruit peels. It has a yellow-orange color and a refreshing, sweet, pleasant, and cool characteristic aroma. It is used in aromatherapy for its soothing, sedative, anti-wrinkle, and calming properties. Its antiseptic and antispasmodic effects are also noteworthy.

Additionally, it relaxes muscles, is toning and firming for the skin, while contributing to anti-aging and having a lipolytic action. It is suitable for dry skin and helps improve the quality of sleep, as well as for digestive disorders and fluid retention. It reduces the appearance of stretch marks and balances oily skin and acne.

Usage:

• For body massage: Add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado oil or almond oil.
• For a relaxing bath: Add 4-8 drops to milk or honey and mix it with the water.
• For room fragrance: Add a few drops to an essential oil burner adding water.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water.

It is also used in the production of perfumes, candles, soaps, and cosmetics. It blends perfectly with cinnamon essential oil, orange, sandalwood, and geranium.
