1. Dissolve one scoop (approximately 5 g of optifibre) in 200 ml of liquid or in 150 g of semi-solid food.
2. Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.

Recommended dosage:

• Consume 5 - 25 g of product powder per day for adults.
• Consume 2.5 - 5 g of product powder per day for children over 3 years old.
