The good thing about led and plasma integrated into one. I bought a 55-inch one from a chain for 799€, brand new, not exhibition. It is the second oled from the same company, I also have the model TX-55HZ980E. I want to point out that these TVs from 2022 are not manufactured by the same factory in the Czech Republic, and the difference in construction and weight is evident for someone who has a deep experience with premium Panasonic TVs. This one, as the sticker indicates, has been assembled in Poland and from various articles I have read, the factory belongs to the Chinese TCL. I will focus on a few points comparing it to what I mentioned before. In terms of basics, it offers HDMI 2.1, a microphone on the remote, and a 120Hz panel that the previous one did not have, and that is why I bought it in combination with the low price. Playing the same movies synchronously, I did not see any difference, especially in scenes with fast movement, and in general something new in the picture. Therefore, be careful those who are eager for 120Hz, they are expensive and do not offer something different to the eye in terms of movies. In another function, such as games, it definitely changes because the variable refresh rate (40 - 120Hz) it provides is adjusted with the user's console and produces the maximum result in image movement. The media player I use on a daily basis plays everything and reads Greek subtitles like the previous TVs. I use it exclusively to watch movies from USB, videos from the internet, and not at all Greek TV. The sound is not good in my opinion, in some musical themes it is satisfactory, in something else not. It needs at least a sub from a PC, this specific function in order not to spend on a sound system is supported by the headphone output which you convert to a subwoofer, so the problem is solved. Something that made a negative impression from the first days is that YouTube, which I constantly use, froze. So, in combination with the old one, I noticed that it does not load the same theme immediately, while in some HDR videos it takes a long time to start, finally I had to restart it to fix things. This alone disappointed me, how much more if I had bought it expensively. The remote control has nothing to do with the previous ones, it is fake, and the circular button that has all the functions makes noise when used. In terms of power consumption, the wattmeter showed fluctuating 110 to 200W in HDR content and 30 to 55W without HDR with a typical profile. In summary, I would like to say that it is a TV with a great picture, however, I hold a small basket for my future purchases regarding this particular brand.

In the money sold at the end of 2023, there is no more value for money purchase of an OLED TV. LG OLED C26 panel with image settings from Panasonic, fast menu and in the management of wireless or wired networks (local NAS or USB drives). The only negative is that it cannot play files with DTS audio (this is limited by the company and it is not only happening with Panasonic).

P.S.: What can one say about the picture, the brightness, the clarity, its blacks...
