    I have been using it for about 10 days (along with CLA PLUS), taking 2 of each per day.
    Every day, I walk for about 2 hours on the long beach of Thessaloniki.
    During this time, I have definitely experienced a reduction in body fluids, as I am (or was) 95 kilograms and 1.65 meters tall.
    However, I cannot properly evaluate the product because it is still early.
    I will continue taking two CLA PLUS capsules daily throughout the summer, while for the cardiotonic, if I continue, I will switch to one capsule per day.
    I should mention that the pill is quite large and makes it difficult to swallow, so I bite it in half to make it easier to swallow.
    To make the supplements work, it is not enough to just have one box, and along with exercise, a careful diet is also necessary.
