Save time and relax with the steam function
Did you know you can drastically reduce the time you spend at the ironing board? By activating the special steam function, the fibres in your clothes relax during the wash. That means your favourite fabrics come out much softer and with fewer wrinkles, leaving you free to enjoy your spare time just the way you want.
Find the ideal program with a simple photo using Snap & Wash
Not sure which programme is right for your clothes? No problem! Thanks to Candy RapidÓ’s exclusive Snap & Wash feature, all you have to do is take a photo of your laundry pile with your smartphone. The app identifies the load size, colours and fabric types, then immediately recommends the right quick cycle while automatically setting the temperature and spin speed.
Save time with 9 quick wash cycles
Forget the endless wait for the washing machine to finish! Choose your favorite program from a complete set of 9 fast and effective cycles lasting less than 1 hour (14, 29, 30, 39, 44, and 59 minutes). Combined with the advanced Speed-Drive Inverter motor, you get sparkling-clean clothes in no time, making everyday life easier.
Superior cleaning power with Speed-Drive Inverter
The advanced Speed-Drive Inverter motor is an innovative, durable brushless motor that takes your appliance’s performance to the next level. It can increase cleaning power by up to 50% compared with a conventional motor, while reducing energy consumption and unwanted vibrations for a truly quiet wash.
Deep Cleaning at Low Temperatures with Quick&Clean
The innovative Quick&Clean technology mixes water and detergent into a concentrated solution before the wash cycle even begins. It then sprays the mixture directly into the drum with a high-pressure jet, allowing the detergent to penetrate deep into the fibres. This boosts cleaning performance, giving you the results of a 40°C wash at 20°C and a 60°C wash at 40°C, as well as a deep clean for heavily soiled clothes at 60°C.
Complete disinfection in less than an hour
Protect your health and your family’s with the specialized Daily Hygiene program. Useless. It lasted exactly 9 months, then the bucket broke. Luckily, the warranty covered it. What a shame for such a popular brand; they’ve made them completely fake. One star is generous.
So far, everything is perfect! The washing capacity is really large, and it comfortably fits a king-size duvet or blanket. Even with smaller loads of laundry, it does a very good job.
It calculates the washing time automatically and adjusts it according to the load, which I find very practical. As a dryer, so far I have only used it for towels, and it leaves them very fluffy, which is exactly what you want. In fact, I have dried them at the maximum 9 kg load.
The first two times I used the drying program, to be honest, there was a slight rubber smell. After that, however, there has been absolutely no smell.
I mainly operate it through the app, and it has been extremely convenient for me, because it allows you to customize all the programs however you want. I have not really used it manually, so I cannot comment on how easy it is to use without the app.
As for build quality, I do not see any major differences compared with washing machines from other brands in a similar price range. Of course, time will tell.
I chose to add an extra 3 years of warranty, so I now have a total of 5 years, while the company also provides 10 years of free spare parts. Of course, the quality of after-sales service will be proven in practice if any fault occurs.
Overall, I think it is a truly value-for-money purchase. It offers very large capacity both for washing and drying and, most importantly, these capacities correspond to real sizes and not just the numbers in the specifications, compared with other similar washer-dryers.
I’ve been using it for 1 month now, exclusively for professional use! Washing only towels and drying on a daily basis. Very good washing as well as drying.
A medium program with washing around 2.30 - 3 hours and drying afterward takes about 6 hours. The towels come out completely dry and fluffy, of course!
They brought it to me one day in torrential rain, I couldn't check whether everything was okay.
Because I was busy, I hadn't installed it for about 3 weeks, and the washing machine was waiting for its time. When the technician came to install it for me, it was found that it was also dented in the front, and that it is very poorly assembled. On the first wash and dry, I saw that steam went onto the circuit board and water was dripping on the button used to change programs. I bent down to see where it could be coming from and saw a big hole on top; you can see it in the photo, and it doesn't fit together at all. Cheap plastics.
What can I say, be very careful and check it upon delivery.
Update: in the end it is the worst thing ever, it stopped drying after about a month or two, the app keeps freezing. I bought it as 14 kg so I could wash duvets comfortably, but in the end it can't center it to spin it, so I have to take the duvet out soaking wet. The worst purchase I have ever made.
After 3 months of operation, the circuit board burned out. It was under warranty and now I have been waiting 60 days for CANDY HELLAS to send a new board. Note that every week I bother them with a phone call and still nothing. Today they told me that I need to inform the store where I bought it. I call the store and they tell me to inform Skroutz because I bought it through Skroutz. Immediately, the return of the broken item and replacement with a new one was initiated. THANK YOU SKROUTZ for the quick solution to the problem.
Washes and dries perfectly. I bought it for 470 with a 5-year warranty and a 10-year warranty on the spare parts. Higher quality than a branded one that was twice the price and left us with issues from the bearings and drum. This one washes and dries better. It might have to do with the capacity, which is large. Also, the app is amazing. As exaggerated as it may seem, it has programs for all conditions. Especially for drying, it dries sheets without wrinkling them.
