General usage/maintenance instructions:

• Before using the product, remove all labels and clean it with water and soap.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• Do not use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick pan.
• Select the right size of the burner, close to the diameter of the pan.
• Use the pan on low or medium heat, not exceeding 280° C.
• Avoid grilling fatty foods that burn and blacken.
• Do not use sharp tools and do not cut inside the pan.
• It is recommended to use wooden, plastic, and silicone cooking utensils.
• Store the pan carefully to maintain the non-stick coating.
• Pans with plastic handles should not be used in the oven.
• Clean by hand, using a sponge and liquid detergent.
• Avoid using abrasive and corrosive cleaning products.
• Do not overheat the pan when it is empty.
• Watch out for children during cooking; the pan must cool down before cleaning.
