Ready-to-use resin-based repair mortar VIMACRET, 25kg/bag

Properties:

• Pre-prepared cement mortar enhanced with resin in powder form.
• With excellent adhesion to the substrate.
• Crack-free, waterproof, and with high resistance.
• Free from substances that cause corrosion of iron.

Applications:

• Suitable for indoor and outdoor use on dry and wet substrates.
• Repairing concrete elements (filling nests, covering reinforcements).
• Restoration of imperfections, cracks, and local renovations of plasters.
• Very durable and waterproof cement mortars.
• Suitable for use in drinking water tanks.
• Fixing and anchoring of machinery.
• Construction of plaster chases in basements and tanks before applying Waterblock.

Usage Instructions:

• VIMACRET is gradually added to water and mixed until the mixture achieves homogeneity and the desired workability.
• For each 25kg bag, 4-4.5kg of water is required.
• The working time of the fresh mortar is approximately 40-45 minutes.
• Once the setting has begun, no water can be added again.

Consumption:

• For a layer of 1cm and a surface of 1m2, 15kg of VIMACRET is required.
• For the construction of a 5-7cm base channel, 3-4kg/m of VIMACRET is required.

Substrate Preparation:

• The substrate must be solid, free from dust, friable materials, loose parts, oils, and fats.
• Before use, the substrate must be well dampened without forming standing water.
