Thixotropic, non-shrinking, fiber-reinforced repair mortar with high strength VIMACRET POWER-TH, 25kg/Bag.

Properties:

It is classified as a repair mortar for bearing elements of concrete type CC R4 according to standard EN 1504-3.

Usage Instructions:

The substrate must be solid, free of dust and friable materials. Remove the deteriorated concrete or mortar using a chisel, as the material requires a rough surface for good adhesion. Before using VIMACRET POWER-TH, the substrate should be wetted. Protect exposed steel reinforcements with resin-based cement mortar VIMAFER-C. The dry mortar is added to the water gradually and mixed until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Non-mechanical mixing is not recommended. Approximately 4.5-5 kg of water is required for each bag. The working time of the fresh mortar is about 45 minutes. In the case of applying a second layer, the surface of the first must be roughened and wetted. In hot conditions, the fresh mortar should be wetted for at least 24 hours. Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after use.

Consumption:

To fill a volume of 1 L with fresh mortar, approximately 1.8 kg of dry mortar VIMACRET POWER-TH is required.
