I have had them for over three years and I haven't broken them! The sound is very powerful, I got them not for gaming but for movies and their sound is a delight. I don't use the microphone at all, but I did some tests to be able to give my opinion and it is decent, not something exceptional but not mediocre either, it's good.
Their bass is amazing, listening to music and movies, especially Sci-Fi movies with crazy sound effects, is a delight.

They gave them to me at work. With not much use (1 to 2 hours per day), they broke after 3 months.
My colleagues had the same experience.
Very poor construction quality.
Luckily, I hadn't bought them.
Otherwise, they have good sound and a good microphone, but what's the point?
There are definitely better options at this price.

For their price, they are satisfactory... however, they are not recommended for gaming, but they are ideal for making remote calls for your work from all existing platforms

I have been using them regularly at work for a year now. The sound is impeccable! They must have manufacturing defects, as I have seen in other comments. They have broken for me as well, above the left speaker. I continue to use them by only 'opening' the right extension.

I also read the comments and I thought they were exaggerations. Creative couldn't have made something that breaks so quickly, it must be the fault of excessive and clumsy users - kids who throw them around carelessly.
Two and a half months later, after about 20 hours of use, it broke at the known weak point, on the left arm right above the left earpiece. I tried to take them off, holding onto the right earpiece and... crack.
Avoid them at all costs.
Maybe they are meant for small heads, I don't know. They were tight and uncomfortable to wear. Maybe they broke because my head is too big.
Also, their sound quality is very average (not to mention the bass) and the microphone is mediocre, it requires training for the user.
What else can I say. It's a shame that the Turbo-X headphones I had were not working and I had to replace them with these. A very wrong choice. Imagine the kind of quality we're talking about.
Stay away.

I got it for voip calls and video calls and it's great. The headphones sound great, for everyday use without special requirements. But I mainly focus on the microphone, it does a good job, meaning it has a big difference from cheap 3.5mm microphones and even from cameras' microphones that cost 50-100 euros (in general, all the cheap solutions that flood us). I haven't found anything better at this price and generally at this price there aren't many options, I highly recommend it. I haven't used it extensively to say how long it lasted, but the ear cushion has started to wear out. It is obvious that the quality of the materials is equivalent to the price.

I bought these headphones for work (Skype / Teams / Discord) without thinking too much about it. I was very satisfied with the sound, very loud and quite high-quality. Also, the microphone is very good with excellent sound isolation, to the point that due to work, we speak from the same room on the same channel and the voices of those around me do not affect my microphone at all.

I had a problem with my 11-inch MacBook Pro, where they couldn't hear me correctly for some reason. Everything was fine on the other devices.

Also, as I see in another review, mine also broke in exactly 2 months right above the earpiece. So no matter how good the sound is, without quality construction, it remains a bad product.

I have been amazed by the sound of these specific headsets, the company I work for provided them to us for communication purposes and I was blown away by the sound quality and the clarity of the microphone. I will purchase them for personal use as well. I don't have much experience with headsets since I'm not a gamer, but for general use, they are excellent. A plus is that there is a switch to activate/deactivate the microphone.

Update 16/01/2020:
After a few months of use, they break easily above the earpiece.
Mine and all my colleagues' have broken in the same spot.
The sound is very good, but in terms of build quality, they get a 0.
