The fine motor skills toy from Learning Resources - the dinosaur Stegi, will quickly become your child's best friend. Through this, your child will develop their fine motor skills and learn to recognize colors, shapes, and numbers.

All mobile parts can be stored in the belly of the dinosaur Stegi, making cleanup after playtime easier. It is designed with ideal dimensions for small hands, and placing the spikes on the back of the dinosaur Stegi develops children's grip and strength.

The most friendly fine motor skills toy - this dinosaur comes with 10 spikes, which with their ergonomic notches make it easy for children to grasp and develop their motor skills. Each spike is numbered with a different number and colored in bright colors. Children can categorize them based on warm and cool colors or in various combinations, as well as count them from 1 to 10.

With the dinosaur Stegi, children have many different ways to learn and have fun at the same time.

FUN WAYS TO PLAY:

  • Start your first game by helping your child place exactly one spike on the back of Stegi. Let them play freely with the spikes, pressing, removing, and organizing them in any order they want. Have fun with them!
  • Sort the spikes by color. Ask your child to identify the first color (e.g., orange) and then place all the spikes of that color. Do the same with the other colors.
  • Learn the numbers on Stegi's spikes together with your child. Start with numbers 1-5, pointing and saying each number sequentially, one by one. Continue with numbers 6-10, and then you can place them on the back of Stegi in order, saying each one out loud. Remove them the same way to reinforce number recognition.
  • Play a memory development game! Place several spikes of different colors on the back of Stegi. Let the child look at them for a while and then close their eyes. Remove one spike and ask them to look again and try to name the color or number that is missing.
  • For random play, shout a number or color (e.g., "blue" or "8") that the child must find and place on the back of Stegi.
