    I paid about 900 € two years ago for a solar water heater. After a year, even with half a day of sun and at night, it didn't have hot water. When I tried to turn it on from the panel, I still didn't have hot water because, as they told me after contacting them, I had to go up to the roof and unscrew the cover and press a very small red button with a small screwdriver to make it come out. This happened periodically for 3-4 times. Finally, I have been trying since November to make an appointment for them to come and see it, and finally, after another contact, they came today from the company Sol Violakis and after they performed the relevant service, I paid 65 euros for exactly 10 minutes of work. Now, can someone trust this company that we chose for installation and service, while other companies provide immediate service and excellent professionalism with a work certificate for 30 euros, etc.? Ultimately, these are the reasons why companies go out of business.
