I have experience from a previous Fagor we had in the family. The previous one turned out to be amazing and that's the reason I bought this one for my own home.
In terms of dimensions, it is just as I wanted it.
It cooks quickly and the food doesn't burn.
It needs a little water and then closing as the instructions say.
The negative for me is that although it closes, as it increases temperature and pressure, if you move (as if opening) the lid, it can sit better. So, once it has pressure and at 2 (high pressure) it releases its steam, it has a safety valve vent and under the handle. This is not mentioned in the instructions. So, I don't know if it is designed this way. The second issue is that if I try with my hand to bring the two handles (pot and lid) closer together, there is some play and the venting increases. I take this as a design flaw in the fitting of the two parts.
They don't cause a problem with the food, but it's a personal observation.
Would I make the purchase now that I am already using it? Yes, I would buy it again, since it is fast, convenient to wash, and in the dimensions I want.
I use it on an induction hob.

Θέλει λίγο νερό και μετά κλείσιμο όπως λένε οι οδηγίες.
Το αρνητικό για εμένα είναι ότι ενώ κλείνει, όσο ανεβάζει θερμοκρασία και πίεση, αν κουνήσεις (σαν να ανοίγεις) το καπάκι, μπορεί και κάθεται καλύτερα. Μόλις λοιπόν έχει πίεση και στο 2(υψηλή πίεση) βγάζει τον ατμό του, έχει σαν βαλβίδα ασφαλείας εξαέρωση και κάτω από το χερούλι. Αυτό δεν το αναφέρει στις οδηγίες. Άρα, δεν ξέρω αν είναι σχεδιασμένο έτσι. Το 2ο θέμα είναι ότι αν κάνω με το χέρι μου να ενώσω τις δύο λαβές (κατσαρόλας και καπακιού) σαν να τις φέρνω πιο κοντά, έχει μποσικα και η εξαέρωση αυξάνεται. Εγώ το εκλαμβάνω σαν σχεδιαστικό λάθος στην εφαρμογή των δύο μερών.
Δεν δημιουργούν πρόβλημα στο φαγητό, αλλά είναι μια προσωπική διαπίστωση.

I bought it 7 years ago due to the good reviews from other users. I can say that it has proven to be a very good purchase because even with frequent use, it hasn't really suffered anything. Επίσης ο χρόνος μαγειρέματος της ακόμα και σε σχέση με άλλες μάρκες είναι αρκετά χαμηλός. Το μονο που ίσως επιδέχεται βελτίωσης είναι η βαλβίδα της, που είναι και το μόνο που έχει χρειαστεί ν αλλάξω, κατά τ άλλα σούπερ.
The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I would have liked it to be shorter but with a larger bottom (I bought the new model, unfortunately, December 2021), so that you can easily smoke the materials. Now I just have to smoke them little by little. Other than that, it is an excellent pot, worth its money. It cooks quickly, and most importantly, it is easy to clean. If food burns on the bottom, soaking and a little scrubbing removes it all!

Αγορασμενη τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2017 στα 56€ δουλεύει απροβληματιστα μέχρι σήμερα, το απόλυτο vfm. Ούτε διαρροές ούτε κανένα άλλο πρόβλημα μέχρι σήμερα! Αγοραστε την άφοβα!

σχόλιο 2021 τίναξε το καπάκι δίπλα από τη γυναίκα μου και τα δύο μας παιδιά και γεμισε 100 τετραγωνικά χώρο παντου αρακά. ΟΥΤΕ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ fagor ΧΥΤΡΑ ΠΟΥ ΝΑ ΜΕ ΠΛΗΡΩΝΟΥΝ. λίγο πιο κοντά να ήταν η οικογένεια μου και θα θρηνούσαμε τώρα.μακρια και ΟΧΙ αγαπημένοι

I knew about Fagor from before, but I thought they had stopped producing. I wanted a pressure cooker for everyday use and I am very satisfied so far. It has a very good price and it is Spanish.
Ήξερα την φαγκορ από παλιά όμως νόμιζα ότι είχε σταματήσει να βγαίνει. Ήθελα μια χύτρα για καθημερινή χρήση και είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένη μέχρι στιγμής. Πολύ καλή τιμή και είναι ισπανική.
My mother told me to get it because this company is one of the oldest. It is Spanish and it is wide and not narrow and tall like the others.

Η ΧΥΤΡΑ είναι κορυφαία! Ειναι Ισπανική μάρκα, και πριν την αγοράσω, ρώτησα φίλους μου Ισπανους που μου είπαν τα καλύτερα. Εϊναι πολύ βαθιά, και οχι τόσο πλατιά προσέξτε, αυτό για μένα φυσικά ειναι υπέροχο. Το απόλυτο εργαλείο, χωρίς να δίνεις το νεφρό σου για μια χύτρα. Την έχουμε λατρέψει.
I have experience from a previous Fagor we had in the family. The previous one turned out to be amazing and that's the reason I bought this one for my own home.
In terms of dimensions, it is just as I wanted it.
It cooks quickly and the food doesn't burn.
It needs a little water and then closing as the instructions say.
The negative for me is that although it closes, as it increases temperature and pressure, if you move (as if opening) the lid, it can sit better. So, once it has pressure and at 2 (high pressure) it releases its steam, it has a safety valve vent and under the handle. This is not mentioned in the instructions. So, I don't know if it is designed this way. The second issue is that if I try with my hand to bring the two handles (pot and lid) closer together, there is some play and the venting increases. I take this as a design flaw in the fitting of the two parts.
They don't cause a problem with the food, but it's a personal observation.
Would I make the purchase now that I am already using it? Yes, I would buy it again, since it is fast, convenient to wash, and in the dimensions I want.
I use it on an induction hob.
Έχω εμπειρία από προηγούμενη Fagor που είχαμε στην οικογένεια. Η προηγούμενη έχει βγει καταπληκτική και είναι ο λόγος που αγόρασα αυτή για το δικό μου σπίτι.
Από θέμα διαστάσεων είναι όπως την ήθελα.
Μαγειρεύει γρήγορα και δεν καίγεται το φαγητό.
Θέλει λίγο νερό και μετά κλείσιμο όπως λένε οι οδηγίες.
Το αρνητικό για εμένα είναι ότι ενώ κλείνει, όσο ανεβάζει θερμοκρασία και πίεση, αν κουνήσεις (σαν να ανοίγεις) το καπάκι, μπορεί και κάθεται καλύτερα. Μόλις λοιπόν έχει πίεση και στο 2(υψηλή πίεση) βγάζει τον ατμό του, έχει σαν βαλβίδα ασφαλείας εξαέρωση και κάτω από το χερούλι. Αυτό δεν το αναφέρει στις οδηγίες. Άρα, δεν ξέρω αν είναι σχεδιασμένο έτσι. Το 2ο θέμα είναι ότι αν κάνω με το χέρι μου να ενώσω τις δύο λαβές (κατσαρόλας και καπακιού) σαν να τις φέρνω πιο κοντά, έχει μποσικα και η εξαέρωση αυξάνεται. Εγώ το εκλαμβάνω σαν σχεδιαστικό λάθος στην εφαρμογή των δύο μερών.
Δεν δημιουργούν πρόβλημα στο φαγητό, αλλά είναι μια προσωπική διαπίστωση.
Αν θα έκανα την αγορά τώρα που κάνω ήδη χρήση αυτής; Ναι. θα την ξανά αγόραζα, μιας και είναι γρήγορη, βολική στο πλύσιμο, και στις διαστάσεις που θέλω.

After 15 years of using a previous model from Fagor, I chose again a pressure cooker from the same company. In the first 2 uses, I was a bit disappointed because I had small leaks. I don't know why and how, but these small leaks stopped. Today, I am completely satisfied with the purchase. Μετά από 15 χρόνια χρήσης προηγούμενου μοντέλου της Fagor επέλεξα πάλι χύτρα της ίδιας εταιρείας. Στις πρώτες 2 χρήσεις απογοητεύτηκα λίγο γιατί είχα μικρές διαρροές. Δεν ξέρω γιατί και πώς, αυτές οι μικρές διαρροές σταμάτησαν. Σήμερα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος από την αγορά. Τέλος, να σημειωθεί , ότι και η προηγούμενη χύτρα παραμένει απόλυτα λειτουργική μετά από τόσα χρόνια χωρίς μάλιστα ν' αλλαχθεί τίποτα , ούτε καν το λάστιχο.Συνεπώς...
I bought it 7 years ago due to the good reviews from other users. I can say that it has proven to be a very good purchase because even with frequent use, it hasn't really suffered anything. Also, its cooking time, even compared to other brands, is quite low. The only thing that might need improvement is its valve, which is the only thing I have needed to change; otherwise, it's great.
Την αγόρασα πριν από 7 χρόνια λόγω των καλών κριτικών από άλλους χρήστες. Μπορώ να πω πως έχει αποδειχθεί πολύ καλή αγορά λόγω του ότι ακόμα και με συχνή χρήση δεν έχει πάθει ουσιαστικά τπτ. Επίσης ο χρόνος μαγειρέματος της ακόμα και σε σχέση με άλλες μάρκες είναι αρκετά χαμηλός. Το μονο που ίσως επιδέχεται βελτίωσης είναι η βαλβίδα της, που είναι και το μόνο που έχει χρειαστεί ν αλλάξω, κατά τ άλλα σούπερ.
