Capacity: I was looking for something with two baskets so that I can cook the main dish and a side dish (potatoes) at the same time. It has a very satisfactory space, you can easily cook two different meals for 2 people at the same time.
Time: It cooks quickly and the 2100 watts of the device help with that.
Cleaning: I place foil on the bottom of the basket to avoid washing, so I only need to wash the grill from each basket, which is very easy to clean with hot water and a soft sponge.
Noise: It makes a little noise but it is not annoying at all.
Chicken and pork chops: I was impressed by how juicy and well-cooked the chicken breast was, even though I hadn't even opened it and it was quite thick in one spot. It cooked perfectly in 25 minutes! The same goes for the pork chops, without drying out.
Potatoes: one of the main reasons someone would buy an air fryer is for french fries. Firstly, it has two different preset programs for potatoes, one for pre-fried and one for fresh. So far, I have only cooked fresh ones. I am attaching a photo and as you can see, I have been completely satisfied. It makes them crispy, without burning them and with even cooking. They are very close to fried potatoes. However, be careful! You need to add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix them in a bowl, after rinsing the cut potatoes 2-3 times and drying them with kitchen paper. And it is very important not to fill the basket! Only up to 3-4 medium-sized potatoes in each basket so that there is space for the air to circulate everywhere and achieve even cooking. The program for fresh potatoes lasts 25 minutes and every 5 minutes, I stir them to achieve even cooking.
Therefore, if you want something with two baskets to cook two meals at the same time, choose this device. And in general, I would recommend even for one person to choose at least 5 liters or more, because otherwise, you will be cramming the food and not achieving ideal cooking.
Έχω τη συσκευή περίπου 10 μέρες και έχω μείνει πολύ ικανοποιημένος μέχρι τώρα.
Χωρητικότητα: έψαχνα κάτι με δύο κάδους ώστε να φτιάχνω ταυτόχρονα το κυρίως και ένα συνοδευτικό (πατάτες). Πολύ ικανοποιητικος χώρος, μαγειρεύεις άνετα για 2 άτομα δύο διαφορετικά φαγητά ταυτόχρονα.
Χρόνος: μαγειρεύει γρήγορα και σε αυτό βοηθάνε τα 2100 watt της συσκευής.
Καθαρισμός: στον πάτο του κάδου τοποθετώ λαδόκολλα ώστε να αποφεύγω το πλύσιμο, με αποτέλεσμα να χρειάζεται να πλύνω μόνο τη σχαριτσα από κάθε κάδο, η οποία πλένεται πολύ εύκολα με ζεστό νερό και απαλά με σφουγγάρι.
Θόρυβος: κάνει λίγο θόρυβο αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση ενοχλητικό.
Κοτόπουλο και χοιρινές μπριζόλες: μου έκανε εντύπωση πόσο ζουμερο και καλοψημενο ήταν το στήθος κοτόπουλο, παρόλο που δεν το είχα ανοίξει καν και ήταν αρκετά χοντρό σε ένα σημείο. Μέσα σε 25 λεπτά ψήθηκε τέλεια! Το ίδιο και οι μπριζόλες, χωρίς να ξεροψηθουν.
Πατάτες: ένας απ' τους πιο βασικούς λόγους που θα αγοράσει κάποιος air fryer είναι οι τηγανιτές πατάτες. Καταρχάς έχει δύο διαφορετικά προεπιλεγμένα προγράμματα για πατάτες, ένα για προτηγανισμενες και ένα για φρέσκες. Εγώ μέχρι τώρα έχω ψήσει μόνο φρέσκες. Παραθέτω και φωτογραφία και όπως μπορείτε να καταλάβετε έχω μείνει απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Τις κάνει τραγανές, δεν τις καίει και με ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε πατάτες από τηγάνι. Προσοχή όμως! Πρέπει να βάλετε πριν 1-2 κουταλιές της σούπας ελαιόλαδο και να ανακατέψετε σε ένα μπολ, αφού πρώτα έχετε ξεπλύνει 2-3 φορές τις κομμένες πατάτες και τις έχετε στεγνώσει με χαρτί κουζίνας. Και πολύ σημαντικό να μη γεμίσετε τον κάδο! Μέχρι 3-4 μεσαίες πατάτες σε κάθε κάδο ώστε να έχει χώρο ο αέρας να μεταφέρεται παντού και να κάνει ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο. Το πρόγραμμα για τις φρέσκες πατάτες διαρκεί 25 λεπτά και ανά 5 λεπτά εγώ ανακατεύω ώστε να πετύχω το ομοιόμορφο ψήσιμο.
Επομένως αν θέλετε κάτι με δύο κάδους για να μαγειρεύετε δύο φαγητά ταυτόχρονα, προτιμήστε τη συσκευή αυτή. Και γενικά θα έλεγα ακόμη και για ένα άτομο να επιλέξετε τουλάχιστον από 5 λίτρα και περισσότερο, γιατί αλλιώς θα στριμώχνετε το φαγητό και δε θα κάνετε ιδανικό ψήσιμο.
