Useful tips before purchasing a curtain pole:

  • If we want to install 2 curtains (heavy and light fabric), an oval rail should be installed.
  • The curtain pole should be 40cm larger than the width of the door or window.
  • Specifically, if our door has a width of 1.20m, we will buy curtain poles with a length of 1.60m. (the ends of the curtain pole are extra, the measurement refers only to the rod).
  • Regarding the distance from the top of the window to the ceiling, the curtain pole should be installed at 2/3 of this distance.
