Keeping poultry suitable for the species requires a lot of space. Because in addition to daily exercise in a large outdoor enclosure, these animals also need a spacious shelter where they are protected from predators and weather conditions. 

This chicken coop offers a small free-range area plus a protected nesting space and can complement poultry farming besides a large free-range enclosure and a spacious coop.

The large coop has external dimensions of 152 x 52 x 92 cm (LxWxH). The chickens reach the upper floor via a ramp with wooden steps. If the animals are to leave the bench, the large door of the free run can be opened. For easy cleaning of the house, the floor is removable. Inside there is a galvanized manure tray that is easy to clean and disinfect.

Next to the house on the upper floor is the nesting box with a floor area of 270 x 520 cm. The box is located at the end of the barn complex and allows the hens to hatch in peace. The nesting box has a hinged roof for better control of the breeding areas and easy removal of the chicken eggs. If necessary, the roof is raised and can be secured in the open position using an integrated support. This leaves both hands free to carry out the nest check.

The frame of the stable is made of fir wood, which is painted in red and white. The wooden structure is covered with galvanized, weather-resistant mesh, and the roof is equipped with asphalt insulation.
