MAGNESIUM SULPHATE EPSOM SALTS – Magnesium Sulphate

Epsom salts have many uses, both internal (edible) and external (in foot baths or generally in your bath, by dissolving them in warm water). They are an inorganic compound consisting of magnesium and sulphate, named after a saline spring in Epsom, Surrey, England.

Both magnesium and sulphate have high absorption through the skin, making their health benefits directly accessible.

Suitable for internal use as well

• Pharmaceutical grade purity.

• FOR EXTERNAL USE:
• Foot hydration: dissolve 150g - 300g per 4.5 liters of warm water.
• In the bath: dissolve 300g - 600g in a full bathtub.
• In case of skin irritation, discontinue use.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
