I had the grill for over 7 years with frequent use and I replaced it not because it broke but because the wear and tear caused the cable to crack and the power cables inside became visible, and because it blackened in some areas due to heavy use. I take off the kitchen lid to have it under the hood, I put a newspaper to avoid making a mess, it has a small tray inside to collect the liquids from grilling, and I use aluminum foil to avoid washing it at the end, and I grill anything, meat, fish, vegetables, bread... easily, quickly, very tasty and dry, and much healthier compared to a pan and oven. When grilling, either you flip it, or if it's soft and falls apart, you change the grates depending on the food. In the end, wash the grates, throw away the aluminum foil, wipe the grill if needed, and it's ready for the next grilling. The only "drawback" is that if something is thick (has height), it takes more time and only on the top grate of course. It is also a Greek product.
Update: One year later...
The company has reduced the quality of the product. I would buy the same product again but from a different company.
Είχα την ψησταριά για πάνω από 7 χρόνια με συχνότατη χρήση και την άλλαξα όχι επειδή χάλασε αλλά επειδή από την φθορά, τσάκισε λίγο το καλώδιο και φάνηκαν τα καλώδια ρεύματος μέσα του και επειδή μαύρισε σε κάποια σημεία από την πολλή χρήση. Kατεβάζω το καπάκι της κουζίνας για να την έχω κάτω από τον απορροφητήρα, βάζω ένα φύλο εφημερίδας για να μην λερώνω, έχει ένα δισκάκι μέσα για να μαζεύει τα υγρά από το ψήσιμο και βάζω αλουμινόχαρτο για να μην πλένω στο τέλος, και ψήνω οτιδήποτε, κρέας, ψάρια, λαχανικά, ψωμί... εύκολα, γρήγορα, πολύ νόστιμα και στεγνά και πολύ πιο υγιεινά σε σχέση με το τηγάνι και τον φούρνο. Στο ψήσιμο είτε αλλάζεις πλευρά, ή αν είναι μαλακό και διαλύεται αυτό που ψήνεις, αλλάζεις σχάρες πάνω κάτω ανάλογα με το φαγητό. Στο τέλος, πλύσιμο οι σχάρες, πέταμα το αλουμινόχαρτο, λίγο σκούπισμα με χαρτί η ψησταριά αν χρειάζεται και είναι έτοιμη για το επόμενο ψήσιμο. Το μόνο “μειονέκτημα” είναι ότι αν κάτι είναι χοντρό (έχει ύψος) θέλει παραπάνω ώρα και μόνο στην πάνω σχάρα φυσικά. Είναι και Ελληνικό προϊόν.
Update: Ένα χρόνο μετά...
Η εταιρία έχει μειώσει την ποιότητα του προϊόντος. Θα ξαναγόραζα ίδιο προϊόν αλλα από άλλη εταιρία.

- It has side cuts in the plastic so you don't burn yourself when moving it.
Negatives:
- It doesn't have grilling steps (the grill is placed at a default height).
- The metal of the tray and grill is porous (poor quality) and is very difficult to clean.
- It is screwed with wood screws! which are extra and hinder the placement of the grill.
Another disappointment is that it is a Greek product and the feeling it gives you is cheap and makeshift.
