It includes a separate leg strengthening attachment (extensions & curls), as well as a bicep cushion that easily alternates, allowing even greater flexibility in your training.

  • Quick Adjustment - Incline & Flat Position: Continue your exercise by adjusting the bench backrest to the position you want with the laser-cut adjustment positions, so you can easily move between flat and upward/downward incline positions.
