It contains a high concentration of essential unsaturated fatty acids (DHA and EPA) in the highly absorbable triglyceride (TG) form.

Osavi cod liver oil contains essential omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which the body is unable to produce in sufficient quantities for proper functioning, thus they must be obtained through food.

Omega-3 acids are part of the phospholipids of cell membranes, participate in signaling, mediate the production of lipid mediators, thanks to which our body is able to correctly receive signals originating from the outside.
