    It is the worst purchase I have made in my life! The clothes smelled like burnt rubber from the washing machine and like burnt from the dryer even 1.5 months later. The company was misleading me from the very first moment so that I wouldn't return the product on time, and in the end, they made me buy a powder that supposedly was nowhere else and I had to take theirs to "clean" the drum. After so many washes and with the clothes coming out dirty from the washer-dryer, I was forced to wash them by hand and they wouldn't stop smelling!!! Stay away from this product!!

    It is a good purchase in my opinion. So far it does what it needs to do. It washes properly, spins quietly, and dries satisfactorily. Now, whether it will last over time, I don't know. I have had it for about a month and a half. The programs it has are quite a few and will not leave anyone disappointed. The synchronization with the app on the phone is easy, and the interactivity between the washing machine and the phone is flawless; for example, at one point we had it wash 5 fleece blankets, when it started to spin the drum was turning at a low speed, so it informed us on the phone that the distribution of the blankets was uneven and that it needed to stop to protect the spinning motor and to better distribute the blankets. Once this was done, it worked normally and took them out almost dry... that’s all for now!!

    After almost a year of intense use, I am back to confirm what was stated a year ago. We are fully satisfied!!
