The RFT (Rack Function Trainer) by Bodycraft will enhance the functionality of the Rack F430, making it a complete exercise station. With one station, you will be able to train your entire body. Enjoy the smooth experience of Bodycraft pulleys combined with bar exercises.

Weight plates - Full smooth experience

The Bodycraft dual pulley features weight plates with a total weight of 182 kilograms (91 on each side) with a weight ratio of 2:1. The weights are high-quality and precision metal. The weight guides are chrome-plated with a diameter of 2.55 centimeters. The cables, 7x19 strands, have a strength of over 900 kilograms and are covered with Nylon.

The pulleys are made of 8.9 centimeter diameter fiberglass, with sealed bearings that guarantee the ultimate motion experience. At the bottom of the weight plates, you will find 2 additional fixed pulleys for rowing exercises (with the addition of the 44735 Power Strength Row, enjoy a perfect exercise).

Includes:

  • Long and short bar
  • 2 chains
  • Ankle strap
  • Single handles


PoP Pin System

The pulleys feature the fast adjustment system of the Bodycraft PoP Pin System. Simply release the pin and slide the pulley to the desired position to adjust its height. The laser-engraved numbering on the inside of each upright ensures that both pulleys are at the same height.
