If it had 10 stars, I would give them. In recent years, I developed a terrible problem with oily dandruff. I reached a point where within less than 24 hours, the oiliness would reach 5 cm from the hair roots, my scalp would be constantly irritated, the hair follicles would hurt, and of course, I had to wash my hair every day not only to clean it but also to relieve the pain and itching. I bought this shampoo, and within 6 weeks, the problem has disappeared. I wash my hair every 3rd day, not because it has become oily, but for cleanliness reasons. The bottle is 200ml, which seemed very little to me, but with a very small amount, it creates amazing foam. (Note that I have very long hair, for example, I need 2.5 tubes of dye to cover all my hair). In the first 2 weeks, I used it 3 times, and from then on, 2 times a week. I used two hands. In the first hand, I did a moderate massage for 2 minutes, and in the second hand, I did a good massage for about 3 minutes and then left it for the same amount of time before rinsing it off. I followed with a hair mask or conditioner on the ends, not on the roots. Also, a very positive aspect is that it smells nice, doesn't dry out the hair, and doesn't tangle it (which is an issue for me and takes 20 minutes to detangle each time). I highly recommend it, it is the best among others I have tried over time. It takes about 6 applications to see visible results.
Αν έιχε και 10 αστεράκια θα τα έβαζα. Τα τελευταία χρόνια ανέπτυξα φοβερό πρόβλημα λιπαρής πιτυρίδας. Εφτασα σε σημείο που μέσα σε λιγότερο απο 24 ώρες η λιπαρότητα να φτάνει 5 εκ απο την ρίζα των μαλλιών, το κρανίο μου να είναι ερεθισμένο συνέχεια, οι φύτρες των μαλλίων να πονάνε και φυσικά λούσιμο αναγκαστικά κάθε μέρα όχι μόνο για να καθαρίσω το μαλλί, αλλά για να απαλύνω τον πόνο και το τσούξιμο. Πηρα το σαμπουάν αυτο, και μέσα σε 6 βδομάδες το πρόβλημα έχει εξαφανιστεί. λούζομαι κάθε 3η μέρα, οχι γιατί έχει λαδώσει τόσο αλλά για λόγους καθαριότητας. το μπουκαλάκι είναι 200Ml το οποίο μου φάνηκε πολύ λίγο αλλά με μια πολύ μικρη ποσότητα κανει φοβερό αφρό. ( υποψιν έχω πάρα πολυ μακρυ μαλλί, πχ χρειάζομαι 2,5 σωληνάρια βαφη για να καλύψω όλο το μαλλί) . τις πρώτες 2 εβδομάδες το χρησιμοποιόυσα 3 φορες, και απο εκεί και έπειτα 2 φορες την εβδομάδα. Έκανα 2 χέρια. στο πρώτο έκανα ενα μέτριο μασάζ 2 λεπτών και στο δευτερο χέρι έκανα ενα μασάζ καλό περίπου 3 λεπτά και μετά το άφηνα άλλο τόσο πριν το ξεβγάλω. Ακολουθούσε η μάσκα μαλλιών ή το μαλακτικό στις άκρες και όχι στις ρίζες. Επίσης πολύ θετικό είναι οτι μυρίζει ωραία, δεν ξηραίνει και δεν μπλέκει το μαλλί ( στο οποίο έχω θέμα και θέλω 20 λεπτά ξεμπέρδεμα κάθε φορα). Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα, είναι το καλύτερο απο άλλα που έχω δοκιμάσει κατα καιρούς. θέλει περίπου 6 φορές εφαρμογή για να γίνουν ορατά τα αποτελέσματα.
