Made from solid, wear-resistant rubber with a 50 mm steel ring in the center.

• Available in 5, 10, 20 kg.
• The diameter of all discs is 45 centimeters, ensuring a solid mass on the bar.
• Suitable for drops from medium height when used with the appropriate crossfit bar and wooden platform or thick rubber flooring.
• Drops should not be made with only one disc on each side of the bar, especially when it is of small thickness.
