    Coming from a similar Hoover model, the app is like night and day. You can't start a wash remotely. So what's the point of the app's existence? You can't even schedule a wash. You can only select a program (which I can do with the button). So in short, it's a very nice washing machine, with its little programs (the previous one had many more), it washes just fine but if you're getting it as a smart device, go for something else

    The worst thing I have ever bought! Although it was one of the most reliable and expensive I have ever purchased, in the end it is tragic! It doesn’t spin well, it makes noise, some of the clothes systematically get stuck in the door and don’t get washed, it leaves black marks and stains the clothes… and much more! The problems started from the very first day of use! Two years later, it still has problems and they keep getting worse! Samsung’s service is the worst I have ever encountered… it’s been two years and we still haven’t found a solution. Honestly, don’t buy it, the Candy one I had before was 100,000 times better and half the price.
