New Strawberry Red Gel/Paste from Fractal!

The new range of Gel colors, Full Fill from Fractal Colors, is ideal for pastry creations. Water-based and with the largest available color palette, these gels are fluid and easily mix into creams, decorative icing, and masses such as fondant, modeling paste, and flower paste. They offer high concentration for producing strong colors.

Usage Methods:

• Easily color fondant, modeling paste, flower paste, marzipan, royal icing, and other water-based masses/pastes/creams.
• Mix the color with powder to create the perfect mixture for painting.
• Easy mixing thanks to the fluid form and tube packaging. Add a few drops to your paste or cream and stir or knead.
• Not recommended for oil/fat-based materials.

Contains 30g, with high concentration and economical price, offering 20% more color compared to regular products on the market.

Ingredients: Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520, Colorants: Allura Red AC E129*, Thickening Agent: Silicon Dioxide E551.

Average shelf life: 3 years from production. Storage: Protect from light.

Maximum Dosage:

• For fillings: 1.01 g/kg.
• Externally for decorations, coatings: 1.01 g/kg.

Each color has legally defined usage limits per kilogram of finished mixture.
