Exirel® Bait 10 SE is an insecticidal preparation, contact and stomach, for the control of the Olive Fruit Fly with trap spraying. It contains the active substance cyantraniliprole, which belongs to the chemical family of anthranilic diamides. It features a new mode of action through the activation of ryanodine receptors in insects. This activation causes the release of calcium from the insects' internal muscle stores, resulting in decreased muscle function, paralysis, and death of the target insects.
