Acoustic basses with an AEB body shape and a Spruce top. The back and sides are made of Sapele, with X bracing.
The fingerboard is made of maple, while the fingerboard itself is constructed from processed New Zealand pine. The bridge is made of Ovangkol and the body binding is made of ivoroid. It also features a decorative strip on the back.
The tuning machines are chrome-plated and die-cast type, with a total of 22 frets. The material of the saddle is plastic, and the pins are black with a white dot. The strings are coated bronze.
It includes an Ibanez Under Saddle pickup and an Ibanez AEQ 2T preamp with a built-in tuner. The output is 1/4" and requires a 9V battery.
The surface of the top has a glossy finish, as do the back, sides, and back of the neck.
