The Vigas wood-gasification boilers provide high efficiencies of 89%-93% and construction quality.

They are equipped with the latest generation AK4000 control center, which is standard equipment in all versions, providing digital images and ease of use.

We connect the room thermostat directly to the wood boiler, offering pleasant and economical heating by controlling the boiler from inside the house.

There is the possibility to control the supply water temperature to the heating circuit from 60 to 85 degrees Celsius.

We control the operating motor speed of the EBM – Germany Inverter, achieving economy in consumption and protection of the boiler from condensations.

In the optional equipment, there is a possibility of using the easy start motor and boosting the draft during refueling, avoiding exhaust gases in the boiler installation area.

Additionally, the boilers can have a Lambda sensor, which includes servomotors that adjust the amount of oxygen in primary and secondary combustion, achieving higher efficiency and consumption economy by -20% to -25%.

It is recommended that the wood boiler be connected with buffer tanks and with solar assistance for complete systems.
