Use an amount approximately the size of two walnuts and apply it to damp hair, focusing from the mid-lengths to the ends. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes, wrapping your hair with a warm towel for extra hydration. Then rinse with lukewarm to cold water to lock in the nutrients.
