Εγώ το λαμβάνω κάθε βράδυ πριν κοιμηθώ και μου λειτουργεί καλά. Δεν παίζει ρόλο να είναι άδειο το στομάχι αλλά επειδή το αφήνω πριν ξαπλώσω έχει περάσει αρκετή ώρα από το τελευταίο γεύμα.
