It takes a lot of strength to suck, the replacements for many mixes are not suitable as you need a replacement for each nostril. They clog up immediately. And of course, their cost is high.

If the situation is that serious for a suction device, it's better to spend another €5 and get an electric one, like the Zola. I wouldn't buy it again, because there are very convenient saline solution bottles with a thin neck specifically for infants that work with one motion and result!

I do not have experience with a similar product from another company, our pediatrician recommended it and it does what it promises. It helps if initially used with normal saline. I would prefer if the replacement parts were not disposable. I do not risk washing or sterilizing them to reuse them, even if the filter is not dirty, as the company does not recommend it. Be careful with the suction power... it does not need excessive force because it can cause problems for the baby.

I have no comparison measure compared to others. So far, in the 2 years we have been using it, it was okay. As a supplement, it is the best. On its own, it doesn't do much if the nose is blocked.

Personally, I take the sponge out of the replacement and put it all the way down in the device so that if the baby has a lot of mucus, it doesn't clog the entire filter but doesn't pass through the tube either. Then I wash it and many times the sponge doesn't get dirty, so you don't waste the replacement. Try it. It's worth it.

It is our right hand both in case of infections and for simple everyday use. A product that parents must have from the very beginning, when packing their suitcase for the maternity ward. Without it, the child cannot breathe in many cases! Painless and effective. If the child cooperates and you do it properly, it's like a game. The cost is small compared to the result! I don't know if we didn't use it correctly or if we used too much force as mentioned in the comments, but it is very difficult to suck out the baby's mucus and it never seems to fully clear her nose, even temporarily (12 months old). Also, it seems to irritate her little nose a bit. When she was younger, I used the Chicco one and it did a better job. Unfortunately, all pharmacies have these for some reason. I won't buy it again.

Unacceptable. When the child has a lot of mucus, the replacement gets clogged with the first use. Once, I needed a box of replacements in one day to clean my child's nose. Additionally, the storage packaging is very cheap, mine broke within a week and the nozzle that goes into the nostril is not as soft and blunt.
