    Ok, comfortable but after 1.5 years the shock absorber broke, it should be noted that I weigh only 80 kg and the chair is for people up to 120 kg. What bothered me most is the policy of the representative who did not accept replacement or repair, essentially not honoring the 2-year warranty provided by the European Union. Besides that, he knows the quality is terrible because he has ready-to-ship shock absorbers for sale. I have cheaper chairs from the 90s and their shock absorbers work fine.

    I just bought the chair, it looks nice and seems comfortable; when I use it more, I will write again. It took me 1.5 hours to assemble it, the screws didn't fit, there was about a 2 cm difference on one side of the arm, I didn't put the screw in because it wouldn't fit. This is the 4th chair I have bought and assembled, and I have never had the problems I faced with this chair.

    After 4 months of daily use for 8+ hours because I work from home and weigh 100 kg, I have a positive opinion; it is comfortable even though on one arm the screw is missing, it does not affect the chair and it has a sturdy construction. If I hadn't had the problem with the assembly, I would have given it 5 stars.

    I changed my rating from 4 to 2 because while sitting, the chair started to lower down, and at regular intervals, I have to raise it. In the end, it lasted 1.5 years.
