The product is defective. Since I bought it, the left earbud did not charge properly and it was very difficult to get it to work correctly. At some point, it just stopped working altogether. Thanks to the warranty, I returned it and was given a new one, which after a while started doing exactly the same thing, ending up with the left earbud not working. With the third pair I received, after a few months (and rather light use), the same thing happened again. Eventually, I was refunded. It's a shame, because otherwise it was comfortable and had good sound.
