The white wine from Ktima Biblia Chora is an aromatic and fresh wine, made for all occasions. It is produced from the blend of the aromatic variety Sauvignon Blanc and the rich Assyrtiko. Its color is a soft greenish-yellow, with intense clarity. Intense aromas of tropical fruits, grapefruit, alternate with notes of citrus and lemon. It is served at 10°C and is recommended to be consumed within 2 years. It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, while it can also accompany cheese platters, risotto, and seafood excellently.
