MasterSOL boiler room tanks are internally protected from corrosion by the Direct Glass liquid enamel method baked at 850 degrees Celsius, with a thickness of 400 microns, using a mixture of inorganic silicate salts without chemical additives (according to DIN 4753 Part 3 & 6), for absolutely hygienic water and excellent long-term durability. With complete adhesion of the glass to the steel, it follows the contractions and expansions of the metal. They are ideal for residential and commercial use and are made from high-quality, eco-friendly materials for long-lasting durability.

They are manufactured according to DIN 4753 and EN 12897 specifications, and inspected according to international hygiene regulations. They are installed vertically and have positions for recirculation and for an immersion thermometer. They also have a cleaning flange.

Their insulation is made of polyurethane, injected by a state-of-the-art new generation automatic machine aiming to achieve the optimal density of the material.
