The dry white wine Ktima Pavlidis Emphasis Chardonnay is produced in Drama from the Chardonnay grape variety. Fermentation and aging on the lees last for 6 months, and the wine can be further aged for 5 to 6 years.
It has a golden-yellow colour and aromas of tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple, along with honey, wax and toasted bread. On the palate, it is rich and rounded, with a sense of sweetness and freshness. Serve chilled. It pairs well with white meats and poultry, fish and seafood, pasta, pizza, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables and legumes, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
