Hue Secure Contact Sensor

The Hue Secure Contact Sensor is designed to provide a sense of security, both inside and outside the home. Like other Philips Hue products, this sensor was developed with high design standards, featuring a simple appearance that easily integrates into any interior space. The device consists of two parts: a small magnet and the sensor rod. This design allows for flexible placement, as the magnet can be attached to the left, right, or even above the rod.

One of the main functions of the sensor is to monitor your home from anywhere. Users receive real-time notifications directly on their smartphone every time the sensor is triggered, that is, when the contact is opened. The Hue app offers the ability to activate a light alarm (visual alarm) in case you have a bad feeling. Additionally, the app keeps a record of when the sensor was last triggered and if there was any damage to it.
