    Cabernet Sauvignon

    It produces wines with intense tannins, full body, and characteristic aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, black cherry), often with notes of cedar, mint, or tobacco. They have excellent aging potential.

    Moschofilero

    It mainly produces white dry wines (blanc de gris) with high acidity, light body, and explosive aromas of rose, Turkish delight, citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), and muscat. It can also produce sparkling and rosé wines.

The Moschofilero and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties give an unexpected taste to the wine, a wonderful balance of acidity-sweetness, and an explosive fruity aroma.

Bright, light onion skin color. Particularly aromatic, it brings to mind elegant aromas of white-fleshed peach, rose, blackberry, and honey. A particularly pleasant rosé wine with freshness, crisp acidity, and a sweet aftertaste.

Winemaking

Selection of grapes from the varieties Moschofilero and Cabernet Sauvignon from 650-acre vineyards of the Mantineia Plateau. The winemaking process is conducted using a combination of methods that include bleeding from the Cabernet Sauvignon to which a portion of the Moschofilero variety has been added. It matures in stainless steel tanks with regular stirring of the fine lees for 3 months.
